How long does it take from order to shipment of the artwork? up
- It depends on the size and motive (portrait, landscape etc.) of the painting. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks after we receive the advance payment of 20 percent and the original photo. If you ask for any corrections, you should count in another 5 days.
Is it possible to order formats other than those stated in your pricelist? up
- Yes, it is possible to order sizes other than those stated in our price list. However, the formats we stated are most suitable for portraits, landscapes etc. and are standard for frames which you can find in stores.
I do not have a photo in digital form, what do I do? up
- You can also send us your photo by mail and we will scan it in our office and naturally send it back.
Which file format should the original photo be if uploaded? up
- Please send us digital photos in JPEG, GIF, BMP or TIFF format. The higher the resolution of the photo the better and more natural will be the reproduction of the motive.
How can I pay for the painting? up
You can pay by bank transfer. You will receive the payment details with order confirmation.

Why is it not possible to order a painting size 30x40 with 3 persons on it? up
- We do not recommend this option, because the artist will not be able to reproduce 3 portraits in detail on such a small space.
